It represents the revival of traditional farm distilling; growing our own barley before malting, distilling, maturing and bottling every bottle of our 100% Islay range on site. This year’s 9 year old release is a vatting of 54 ex-bourbon barrels, distilled from our 2014 and 2015 Concerto and Publican barley harvests."

Nose: Vanilla, tropical fruits, fresh hay and toasted oak with grassy notes and salted butter.
Palate: Milk chocolate, salted caramel and fresh peat smoke with candied citrus fruits, lemon, ripe pear, and hints of white pepper.
Finish: Lingering maritime peat smoke with fresh fruits and honied sweetness.

This 10 year old Kilchoman 100% Islay single cask was selected by and bottled for The sinDicate, a Calgary whisky club. The 2015 vintage whisky was matured in an ex-Bourbon Barrel, cask 15/334, before bottling at 56.8%. The club took most of the 231 bottles, but KWM has the honour of selling the remaining quarter of the cask.

This Kilchoman was fully matured in Maury AOC sweet wine casks from Roussillon in France, bottled at 50%.

"The Maury Cask Matured limited edition is not a finish, the whisky was aged for the full term of its maturation in ex-Maury fortified wine casks. Maury is a sweet, fortified wine from the Roussillon region of southern France, made primarily from Grenache noir grapes. The time the whisky has spent maturing in these wine casks, has added layers of dates, raisins and dark honey sweetness which balance beautifully with the natural peat smoke and citrus sweetness of Kilchoman."

Our 13th KWM exclusive Kilchoman is a 10 year old Oloroso Sherry Hogshead, filled in 2015, and bottled late last year. There are just 285 bottles at 56.7%.This Kilchoman balances the sherry with the distillate very well, making Andrew happy, but it is also sherried enough for those of you who love a mix of peat and sherry too!
