Producer Tasting Note

Nose: My gran had a pocket in her raincoat, usually filled with aniseed balls - it noses like my gran's cagoule pocket - in a good way.

Palate: flora & fruity notes you'd expect from Linkwood, but the Octave sherryness works like t-cut on your car.

Finish: apart from being epic, whiskies like this remind me of how lucky I am to be in this industry."
