Moray Tawse's pursuit of terroir brought him to Redstone Winery & Restaurant in Beamsville, renowned for its distinctive red clay soil and stones that result in unique and award-winning wines of depth and character. Harvested from the renowned Redfoot Vineyard and aged in French oak, this Viognier is a beautifully balanced expression of the varietal. It offers bright acidity that lifts the wine, while a round, elegant finish adds depth and texture. Highly aromatic, the nose is filled with notes of ripe peach, passionfruit, and jasmine blossom. On the palate, the wine is both vibrant and smooth, delivering flavours of juicy peach and delicate white tea, with a subtle oak influence adding complexity.
