"Parabolic 2025, Imperial S’mores Stout 8.0% ABV
Anniversary Release # 1: 
This is the first year that we have included an imperial stout in our birthday lineup! Having an awesome neighbour in @DelavoyeChocolate we wanted to riff on a chocolate classic treat, the S’more. We opted for a fairly complex malt bill that uses some of the best Alberta has to offer with @RedShedMalting Chocolate Malt & Roasted Barley and supporting roles from @HogarthMalt Melany & Honey Malt. Then to make things interesting we hit this one with loads of @DelavoyeChocolate Single-Origin Ghana Cacao Nibs, Marshmallow, Vanilla, Graham Cracker, & Lactose to bring the sticky S’mores vibes.

Malt: Pilsner, Flaked Oats, @RedShedMalting Chocolate Malt & Roasted Barley, @HogarthMalt Melany & Honey Malt 
Hops: Columbus
Yeast: English Ale
Adjuncts: @DelavoyeChocolate Single-Origin Ghanian Cacao Nibs, Marshmallow, Vanilla, Graham Cracker, & Lactose
