Appearance- Bright and clear, pale and golden. A fluffy white head leaves good lacing.
Aroma- Punchy citrus leads the way. Think grapefruit zest, tangerine, and lemon pith thanks to the classic combo of citra and Amarillo.
Flavour- esty and vibrant upfront with bold grapefruit and orange peel. Mid-palate leans into stone fruit (apricot, peach) and a light honeydew character.
Mouthfeel- Crisp and clean with moderate carbonation. Light-bodied but with a soft, smooth texture that adds drinkability without feeling thin.
