We humbly believe all of our beers are pretty special, but this one has several milestones that make it extra. It’s our first collab with Edmonton’s Polyrhythm Brewing, our first honey beer, and first non-wild beer to use tea. It’s also our annual Pink Boots beer, and was brewed by the ladies of EST & Polyrhythm (two brewers named Chelsea, in fact) while using ingredients from 3 local women-led businesses - malt from Hogarth, whole leaf hops from Stormy Acres Hop Farm, and honey from MOB Honey. Girl Power to the max! The honey and chamomile provide unique aromas and flavours reminiscent of pineapple, stone fruit, and dried flowers and herbs. It’s a smooth, crisp, chart-topping duet for the ages.
