Famille Messager-Germain is one of Burgundy’s bold new voices. Young, dynamic, and doing things their own way. This rising star is turning heads founded in 2022 by Adèle Germain and Simon Messager. They may be newcomers, but their roots run deep. She’s from the Côte de Beaune. He’s from the Côte de Nuits. Both trained at the Lycée Viticole de Beaune before heading down very different paths: Simon learned his craft working with Burgundy legend Robert Groffier, while Adèle gained a global perspective in Portugal, South Africa, New Zealand, and at Burgundian institutions like Joseph Drouhin and Château de Pommard.
