Crafted with the finest quality barley and wheat malt, we co-ferment with a blend of in-house lactobacillus and ale yeast for a delightfully effervescent and punchy sour beer base. Further aging with strawberry and blackberry juice drives a vibrant, hazy pink hue, with aromas of lemon zest and ripe berries and a thirst-quenching, mouth-watering dry finish with just the right amount of pucker-power to leave you wanting more.
