"Luminosa is a proprietary hop from @IndieHops. Luminosa was inspired by its Latin namesake meaning “full of brightness.” An intriguing and unique quality of this hop is that it is almost completely void of the pine/resinous character that typically accompanies most high-oil varieties making it a great candidate for hazy IPA. Peach-mango lemonade, candied orange peel, boysenberry, papaya and guava can all be expected."

We chose to use a borderline offensive amount of Krush, Simcoe, & Citra hops with a touch of a new Riwaka hop oil product we’ve been experimenting with called Amplifire.
