This seasonal release from Uncommon uses Calamansi citrus. Also known as the Philippine Lime, Calamansi is typically found in the Philippines and the mainland of Southeast Asia. It is a hybrid of the kumquat and another citrus fruit - possibly the mandarin orange.

Remember: Dry hopping is the process of adding hops near the end of the brewing process. This results in very little bitterness, but showcases the more aromatic qualities of hops. This cider has a nice, round fruity base, and has wonderful tropical fruit and melon notes along with hints of herbs and maybe even grass.
