Producer Tasting Note

Nose: Intriguing with a delightful balance between sweet and spicy (think warm gingerbread covered in golden syrup, caramelized orange peels dipped in dark chocolate, and even cranachan sprinkled with chile flakes) with buttered Digestive biscuits poking in around the edges of the glass.

Palate: Richly textured and pleasantly spicy with dried raspberries, toasted oats, warm honey, ground ginger, and cracked black pepper.

Finish: Long and warming with lingering cracked pepper, crystalized ginger, and dried orange peel.
