This is a 50ml bottle of Jack Daniels Old No. 7. Jack Daniels is Bourbon from Tennessee made using what is known as the Lincoln County Process. This process involves filtering the white dog (new make spirit) through sugar maple charcoal before maturing in new oak barrels to make the whiskey. Jack Daniels is softer and nuttier than some bourbon. This mini Jack Daniels is the perfect dose for a single Manhattan of Jack and Coke.

Kentucky became a US state in 1792, and this — the official toasting bourbon of the Kentucky Bourbon Festival — was made to commemorate the occasion. The 1792 Ridgemont Reserve Bourbon is handcrafted in small batches, bottled at 93.7 proof and then aged eight years in new charred oak barrels. The result is smooth, mellow, rich and warm.
