Barrel-Aged Beer with Haskaps and Vanilla Beans
Ambrosia Salad, Cool Whip, Tangy. Inspired by our beloved core beer and born from years of mixed-culture experimentation, this beer is a passion project on every level. Four different barrels were blended and refermented on 300kgs of juicy, AB-grown Haskaps. We then individually hand processed 180 vanilla beans to create this decadent, funky beverage that’s sure to rock your world.
