This Brown Ale is made with All Alberta Malt, from Red Shed Malting- Alberta’s first craft malthouse and 4th generation family farm! The malts used in Western Boundary are Parkland Pale and Chocolate Malt.

Chocolate Malt is the Canadian solution for brown ales, porters and stouts. The roasting process adds notes of chocolate and coffee to the malt that comes through nicely when brewed.
