This Four-Grain Bourbon from Denver, Colorado's LAWS Whiskey House is aged for at least 3 years in new oak barrels before beating bottled at cask strength, which in this case amounts to 57.9%. The four-grain mash bill is composed of 60% Corn, 20% heirloom Wheat, 10% heirloom Rye, and 10% heirloom Malted Barley. That is a lot of heirlooms.
