An infusion of wild thyme (thymus capitatus), bergamot and Italian helichrysum. Combined and mixed only afterwards, at the first sip they reveal the immediate pungent taste of thyme, then rounded off in the mouth by the hints of chocolate and vanilla of helichrysum and the spicy ones of bergamot.
