"The Ayinger Brewery is known for more than 140 years for excellent beer specialties and  is one of the most renown breweries in Europe.

Enjoy our famous beer specialties, all brewed according to the purity law of 1506, freshly tapped in the Ayinger Bräustüberl, a traditional Bavarian beer hall right in the middle of the village.

Beer has always held an exceptionally high status in Bavaria. It is not only the proverbial “liquid bread”, but also the social “glue” of our culture, in which values ​​such as sociability, neighborliness, honesty, reliability and attachment to one's homeland play a major role.

True to the spirit of spring, our Maibock is a lighter beer than our darker Doppelbocks. Its golden-yellow color and malty aroma harmonize with the sweetness of a true Bock beer, softened by Hallertau hops.

A high-quality, handcrafted strong beer, a typical representative of a traditional beer style.

This beer specialty is available from the end of March until May.
