Coconar is an orange wine produced from the Garganega grape, displaying minerals and light tannins, with aromas of ripe apricots, coconut cream, and black tea. Hand harvested. Fermentation with ‘pied de cuvee’ (spontaneous pre-fermentation) in fibreglass tanks without temperature control, with ten days of maceration. Five months storage in steel tank. No filtration, no sulphite added, no added yeast and no chemical products.
