The palate features oily texture, tropical fruits (mango, tangerines, pink grapefruit), quince jam, waxy notes, honey, polished oak, subtle mineral notes, rancio, saffron, and wood shavings.

Sourced from family estate Vallein Tercinier and composed of 60% N.78 Grande Champagne and 40% N.60 Petite Champagne, this is a luscious wee fruit bomb of a cognac. Angus has long had on his to do list: bottle a Fine Champagne Cognac. He created this blend with the excellent folk at Vallein Tercinier and the result is bottled at 48.2% with a modest outturn of just 120 bottles.
