Grape Rublic was founded in 2017 and quickly rose to fame. Known for their unique flare and use of Japanese grapes, Grape Republic has become one of the biggest names in the Japanese wine scene.
This Bianco is a blend of skin-macerated Delaware, Steuben and Neo Muscat fermented in amphorae, and whole-bunch fermented Niagara and Rosario Bianco.
It is unique and extremely refreshing; Juicy exotic fruits, bitter melon, and dragon fruit beautifully balanced by green tea and yuzu characteristics.
