A stunning light red wine from Menetou-Salon in the Loire Valley. Elegance is an understatement, but don't let the light style fool you -- there is plenty of complexity packed into this little gem. Balanced flavours of fruit and minerality, soft tannin expression, refreshing acidity. You'll get strawberry, rasbperry and cranberry notes along with a lovely saline quality through to the finish.
Enjoy on its own, slightly chilled. Also makes a great pairing with grilled or baked salmon, angel-hair pasta topped with a light tomato-basil sauce, or turkey dinner with homemade cranberry sauce.
